Hex Flange Nut

Hex Flange Nut is a standard fastener combining fixing function and pressure dispersion, widely used in scenarios requiring high-strength connection, protection of connected parts, or dispersion of preload. Its core structure consists of two parts:  

- Hexagonal Head Body: A regular hexagonal design that fits various tightening tools (wrenches, sockets), ensuring convenient installation and high torque transmission efficiency;  
- Circular Flange: A flat disk perpendicular to the nut axis, primarily used to increase the contact area with the connected part, disperse bolt preload, and avoid damaging thin-walled parts (e.g., metal plates, plastics) or soft materials.

This product complies with national standard GB6177, with materials including carbon steel (Grade 4.8, 8.8, 10.9)and stainless steel (304, 316):  
- Carbon steel grades correspond to different mechanical properties (e.g., Grade 4.8 has tensile strength ≥400MPa, Grade 10.9 ≥1000MPa), meeting needs from light to heavy loads;  

- Stainless steel 304/316 offers excellent corrosion resistance (to acid, alkali, salt spray) and a smooth, dead-corner-free surface, complying with hygiene requirements in food and medical industries.
